Guys dont get me wrong. I'm well past getting pregig nerves. I just dont like the wait of gig day. Our lovely singer was telling me how she woke up in a foul mood this morning. It's not like her at all. I explained to her what I go through on gig day. We set up, sound checked and she was a different person afterwards. The foul mood made way for her normal happy go lucky self. She gets it too and just didnt realize. She's well experienced at performing.

Well the gig went well. Its 1:30am here, we got offstage at 00:20. We got the bike rally (outdoor festival) headline in June. They paid us extra to replay half the first set. I took my zoom H2 along though just listening through it, it sounds like the mic' gain was down too low. The drummer was ill, and we were all sloppy, so I dont know if I'll be sharing much. What can I say, we must put on a very visual show. If any of it is any good we'll get it up on myspace. Were recording at the end of April, just a 3 track demo for promotional purposes. So I'm more inclined to wait till then and put something decent up.

Ah well were booked friday and saturday next week so I'll see if my current theory pans out a week. I honestly believe that pregig nerves are the opposite end of the spectrum to how I feel on gig day.

heh glad t was well received nik. y'know back in the day i can remember a lot of gigs where my bandmates and i were unhappy with certain aspects but everyone loved the show, and other times where we all felt we really nailed it, yet friends all thought it was so-so.
