My positive of the day is that I truly believe that regardless of what others have told you or continue to tell you we all have the power to have the life that we want. We are in control of what we do and what we accomplish in life. If you want something simply write it down and make a plan. Look at what you want and where you are and think about what it's going to take to get there. After that find your inner Nike and Just Do It. :D

Congrats to you and yours.... FHopkins, A proud day for you I'm sure.

Today was 77+ here in Cleveland which is perrrrrrfect as far the weather we are used in this part o' the globe.

I repaired my vintage Marlboro amp (my very first), and it was quite a nastalgic sound.
I'm gonna pass it over to a friend who is just starting out on the guit.
For his B-day I am building him a partscaster.
i took the wife out for Sushi and beer. (well, she had Hibachi, I had the Sushi and Kirin).

I got alot done .
Overall a very good day.-N 8)

Beautiful day today. Listening to some good tunes right now. Have tomorrow off for a 3 day weekend.

Just put an ad on Craigslist looking to start jamming with other musicians. Life is pretty decent right now.

Assuming FedEx Home did get to the driver in time, they're holding my vintage Melody Maker for pickup. I'd always wanted one ever since playing one my college roommate had. It will join my other "student" guitar -- the 1973 Mustang.

Pleae post pics when it comes in.!!

New (to me -- 1992 model) Melody Maker next to my "other" student guitar -- the 1973 Mustang.

Behind them is my other relatively new toy, the Band Master VM. The MM sounds great through the VM, very crisp and clean. Terrific rhythm combination for 50s/60s tunes in my opinion.
