The wife and I just got some new furniture today.
This is the first set of furniture I have ever bought that was new , aside from a bed.
I usually would spend the cash on guitars..... 8) -N

So far so good,I've gone 6 days now without taking Simvastatin and my hands don't seem to be as painful when I play.I took my German Shepherd Poco to the Vet this morning to get the sutures removed from where we had her spayed and she never made a whimper and got a clean bill of health so now she can get back to chasing our 4 cats around the house and garden.

I'm in my grandma's house for the weekend for spring break, and I LOVE my grandma to bits. :D And even though this didn't happen today, this is something that REALLY made me happy, like it does every time: Grandma and I went up to the pool for more-than-an-hour-long lap swim. Ahhhh, great times, great times.... :D

On Saturday I picked up a used copy of Daniel J. Levitin's The World in Six Songs: How the Musical Brain Created Human Nature. Last night I opened it up to read it, and I discovered that it had been signed by the author!
