Look things don't always go well and I know many folks have alot on their minds. Bad things, the economy, unemployment, blah blah....etc. (I'm not even gonna explain my troubles)
And sometimes the negativity bleeds into the forum.
Some of us don't mean it, some of us just need to vent and get it out, No biggie.

So name a positive thing that happened today.
It doesn't have to be winning the lottery, just something that made you happy. Almost sounds like group therapy ??....

I'll start.

I got to talk to my niece today. She lives in another state and I don't get to speak to her very often.
And.....I got to practice a full hour today.

Well I finally got all my pedals organized and on a new pedalboard today! :) I've been planning on doing that for the last month. Came out really nice and now all I've got to do is grab one case and go. No more carrying a bunch of pedals, patch cords etc. So, I had a positive day down in the bayous!!

Today I got to fly solo in my new job. It was great not feeling like a duckling following someone around.

Today I stopped taking the meds that I've been taking for a couple of years to lower cholesterol, the rheumatologist figures that it's the side effects of the Simvastatin and not arthritis that's causing the horrible pain in my hands. If it turns out to be caused by the meds I'll be able to get back playing full time and probably professionally-time will tell. That's definitely positive news.

Today was a beautiful spring day to work out in the yard and I got a nice nap this afternoon.

Tonight I get to play a Fender Telecaster through a Fender amp as late into the night as I want! :D
