The local shop just sent out there new ad with the American Deluxe Strat and tele selling for 1199.00 Big price drop plus Gary Hoey is going to be giving Fender clinic there in April.

thanks for the heads up. I have an 09 american deluxe on layaway. $1300. I don't mind the price, cause its modified with S. Duncan pick ups, a metal pick-guard, fender locking tuners and comes with a western fender H.S case. I also have original stock, to convert back, but doubt I will. She feels and sounds great, after trying various A.D strats the past couple years, I finally bonded with one. I can take as long as I'd like to pay-off layaway. $500. to go, can't wait. Got to go hussle up some more electrical contracts, time is money.
