My advise is to take it apart and clean everything. Put it back together, then put it and a car freshener in a case, leave it in for about a month. Hopefully it will take enough of that nasty smoke smell out to be able to enjoy playing it.

Nice looking guitar, but as a former smoker I could not be around it. Cigarette smoke makes me sick to my stomach.
