One of the best songs in history, IMO.

What? We are talking about peanuts, no?

I love peanuts any way i can get them. As a child i helped my dad pull them from the ground by the truck load. Then we would take them off the vines and wash them then have big peanut boil parties. We would cook them on an open fire in a huge cast iron pot. Man those are good memories. I want boiled peanuts now. It's been a few years.
Never heard of frying them before though.

I'll have to try boiled peanuts, never heard of it. If you have a chinatown near you, try their peanuts, I can't read chinese, don't know brand name, but they are great. Smaller than ours, shell looks so clean, as if it were bleached, crunchy and tasty. :)

I use a whole can of cajun seasoning, Red pepper flakes and a quart of beef broth. I'd advise using Virgina fancy (thats the variety name, not a brand) peanuts when you can find em.
