Thanks. Google translate changes that into the word for "car fender" I'm probably looking for the transliteration of Fender....this probably isn't the right forum for that though.

On the less serious tip, I have a 25th anniversary strat....one of the few that didn't get refinished in silver. The Huffy white paint isn't even checked all that bad. Just thought I'd share, so I'm not that guy who shows up, asks a question and then bails.

Why are you translating it? The brand in Japanese is フェンダー. This is a katakana phonetic rendering of Fender (the guitar company) and fender (the car part). It's the same word in English as well.
