Trade secrets? Please. You seem to be trying to create some kind of persona for yourself here as a hard-gigging, well-seasoned rocker-biker-pirate with a Dutch Uncle tone and a ridiculously inflated opinion of his own misspelled advice.

Also, I have to assume that you checked my profile and guessed that my e-mail address refers to a music store.

Actually, Gravity Music is an award-winning music production company, where I compose, play and produce music for commercial applications (advertising, trade shows, events, and scores for documentary film) in my own studio. I have been a professional musician since 1972, playing guitars, keyboards and bass in a wide range of situations, from rock band to pit band.

So let's stop smoking that Big Bamboo and get you sobered up, huh?

Quiet it down now boys , quiet it down. LOL

We all have are pref's. I like the 20 - 60 watt zone. I Love my HR,Deville. Most folks have volume issues with these (loud) witch i dont understand. I can play it low enough for my wife to sleep in the next room (lite sleeper) and it still sounds good. When i try that with a 30 watt epi my single coils sound like crap.

Oh believe me, I'm not saying Bamboo here was right with his "go big or stay home" rule for amp selection. Hell, some of the greatest tones in rock come from single coils and a small Fender amp. But...he's already discredited himself, seems like a good time to let it go.

:) I think what the point was 15 watts isn't enought to play outside....
thats what the guy ask to do ... i play outside what should i use ???
I can see everyone seems to be sayin 30 or 40 watts is enought..
thats twice + the 15 watts we been crackin about ...So i can see
none of ya can spell... So ya must all be great Pickers..So i been
sayin 50 watts is what does it for me .. If the amp is to small an ya have
to mike it up so high just to here it It'll Mud up the stage monator. an
your singin is goina suffer...You can use it in a 2000 person bar or at a
100,000 person concert.. one amp inside , outside , studio. ect. 100
watts I don't know who needs that ..You could wield with that !!!!An we
all Know this form is not about spellin.... so you guy's with FENDER FORM
need a spell checker for us spell challenged fools !!..... An Jim I still luv
ya man ..But your buddy .Bluestube I don't think he even speaks English
? Do ya think he knows what were sayin..????? I'm GIGIN got ta go !!!
