Simply ace. 8)

Glad you enjoyed that Documentary. What an amazing amazing tour that was. A couple of posters mentioned seeing them on the 85 tour, you guys would probably love this doc then. The tour was a 25th anniversary celebration of that tour so stage set was recreated.

Another one of my favorite docs is the Early Days Documentary on their inception in 1975 up until 1983. Its produced by them with interviews of past members and crew telling the story rather than some VH1 Voice Over guy narrating. Fantastic film for anyone who likes music docs.

Nicko McBrain and a friend of his, Rick Bauer, opened up a ribs restaurant down the street from us called Rock N' Roll Ribs. Great food, lots of families with young kids, A small stage with a couple of Marshall fullstacks and a small drumset, and lots of beautiful vintage guitars on the wall. They show concert videos on a large TV screen. And then I ran into this guy! Went from table to table saying hello to all the customers.

Thats so cool. Mom lives not too far from there so next time we go down to visit I plan on going there for food. I hope i'm as lucky to meet Nicko, he seems like a real friendly guy from what i've seen.

I'm surprised he didn't open a pizza restaurant, because on Iron Maiden: Flight 666, Nicko is on camera eating pizza on just about every continent in the world...

Boy they don’t seem to have a very vast tour calander. 28 shows for this summer and not a lot of locations…Texas, CA and Canada . only two shows on east coast 5 in the mid west and the rest in Europe… I would love to see them but the closest location is in DC which is like 8 hours away; too far to travel for a show…. Waiting for the new record I guess..

Ha ha ha. You can say that again. Wonder if he'd serve the Sweaty Feet cheese pizza from India.
