It wasn't a song that changed my life, it was an album.

Back when I first started playing I was really into Slash and loved his solo's on the Use Your Illusions albums. I thought they has a real nice blues feel to them and then I started listening to blues guys like Clapton, Guy and B.B. King but they weren't quite what I was looking for. My neighbor played guitar and I was talking about it one day and told him I was look for a dirty, wrong-side-of-the-tracks type blues and he gave me a cassette called "Texas Flood". I haven't been the same since.
