I also hope you stick with it. Maybe on the bad days you can adjust your goals and do something different like write instead of play, or listen to recordings of stuff you've done before. On those days you'd just be playing to keep or get movement back into the hands.

Then on the good days you can really rock with all the stuff you've been planning...
