I saw him last night in Sunrise. BOTH HE AND DALTREY WERE REALLY GOOD.

I saw him a few years ago with Robert Randolf. Randolf is an amazing pedal steel player.

Congrats. I'd love to go see Clapton. I'd really like to see him and Buddy Guy together live.

I saw Clapton on Monday in Raleigh, NC. I was pleasantly surprised by Roger Daltrey. His band jammed! My favorite from his set was Going Mobile.

Eric played a great set as well. I would have taken pics, but my arse was against the backwall of a hockey arena, so he looked like an ant.

I Shot The Sheriff started out as a real cool, slow reggae groove intro. He played both acoustic and electric sets. Before You Accuse Me, and Old Love. Then ended with Cocaine. A great show!

I hope you enjoy the concert tomorrow. I just went and saw him and Daltrey last week in KC and if it is anything like that then you won't be disappointed.

I saw the show in Raleigh too! I thought Roger was awesome and I didn't realize that Simon Townshend, Pete's younger brother, was in the band. When he sang Going Mobile it sounded just like the early Who days!

Clapton was great, though I was hoping for a little more interaction with the crowd. Also, I was hoping he would play Pretending.

I was looking a Clapton's setup and was trying to figure out the amps he was using. There were Fender tweed amps, one behind the other (spare?), on the stage near him. From my vantage point I would guess that they were '57 Deluxes or Twins. Anyone have any idea what he was playing through?

I didn't bring binoculars, but it sounded great though. Maybe a little more volume would have been good. Roger's band sounded a little louder, but it was a full band. Incidentally, has Eric been playing with two organist/pianist players lately? It was cool, but I thought it was different.
