I may have to go with Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden. Especially live.

I'll just mention what is on now.....Beck's "Pay No Mind".
Because there are so many songs.
Got nothing against N------, but too many double posts on the same subject.

Aargghhh I can't decide!!!

Ha - then let me decide for you. Comfortably Numb is too obvious. Cross Eyed Mary is a really cool name for a band. I LOVE it! Go for that one, please.

Sorted.

Now, my all-time fave song in the entire history of the planet is

 Yup, I'll go with Cross Eyed Mary although I've also mentioned Shuffle It All and Stand By Me.....I really can't decide a favourite! Now I have Bobby Womak on and I'm leaning towards his version of California Dreamin!

Nah. Cross Eyed Mary it is. The others are feeble by comparison.

Now you just gotta decide if you are going to spell it with a hyphen or not. Cross-Eyed Mary...?

Our American friends don't like hyphens (just ask ZZDoc). In fact, Woodrow Wilson said something to the effect: "A hyphen is the most un-American thing in the world." 'Course, he needed a hyphen to say it - noted for his sense of humor, was Woodrow...

 - C

PS Before someone else points it out, Woodrow Wilson was really talking about hyphenated names...

  Ceri, I like that. Yes the band is named Cross Eyed Mary without the hyphen, I saw them when I was just 11 years old and again at 20 and when I was growing up they were always played through the house. I could recite Passion Play when I was just 8 ffs!

Great band and Martin Barre is as under-rated as my hero Izzy. Barre is phenomenal!
