I'm 52 years old, but sometimes I think that I'm 20 plus 32 years of experience. :)

I got my vintage 57 Strat on 7/31/08. Never played any instrument before. I have not put it down since! I'll be 62 on August 31, and still working. Let's get an old timers band going!! Rock on everyone!

People think I'm somewhere around 16 to 18, an I say, "Well if I look 17 to you I am 17" :lol:

I'm 46 and only started back playing again early last year. Some has come back, some is taking longer, but it's more my attitude than my age :)

I'll be 46 next month, and a guitar player for about two years now. 8)

I just asked some of the people in their 40s around the office "who plays?". We're all contractors so the faces change regularly but there's a good range:

- 2 guitarists (including me);
- 1 bass player;
- 2 key board players;
- 1 trumpet player (anyone know what a baroque trumpet is?).

No drummers though.

You're from San Antonio? Cool - I haven't been there since I was in my mid 20s. One of my friends lost his wallet around the River Walk so the rest of us had plenty of very good food while he re-traced his steps trying to find it. Lots of friendly people on the River Walk back then :wink:

Maybe three days would have been enough for this?

I just tried to edit and change, but it looks like you can't edit the poll info.

Oh well...it is what it is...

Thanks to all who are participating. The results should be interesting to see.
