College teaches us to put our best foot forward among other things. Strive for the best even if it feels useless you'll thank yourself later.
Good luck and may the stars be with you...

I'm still a bit curious to know why you applied for 4 years from now instead of next year.

LOL. Class of 2014 means the year he graduates college, not the year he starts college.

Ah! Now that makes more sense! Thanks for that clarification Martian. I'll just grab my pointy hat and go sit in the corner now.

No need to. We all had to learn what that meant at one time or the other.

I was joking man. I'm rather daft at being foolish and am not at all embarassed by it.

I've never seen a college refer to its entering students by graduating year before. That certainly wasnt the case when I attended. Perhaps they knew it was going to take me 6 years to complete my college career!

Either way, thanks again for clearing that up for me. 8)

No problem. Truth be told, it was while I was in college that I first heard the term.

Congrats!

Choose your major with much, much soul-searching and research. Unless you are really prepared to do the suffering artist bit, choose a major which is and will in the future be a bills-payer.

And really, really WORK!

And it's never too early to begin thinking "master's" thoughts.
