This evening my wife had fish&chips(we say chips here the same as in England for French Fries)and I had cod tongues and chips-yes I said cod tongues-here in Newfoundland cod tongues are a delicacy much like lobster and crab legs are,they are simply delicious the closest thing I can compare them to is scallops.

Red beans/sausage and rice with a pone of homemade cornbread. On the side some well seasoned mustard greens. Haven't decided on desert yet but plenty of iced tea to drink. :wink:

PS almost forgot, plenty of Louisiana Hot Sauce on everything!!
