I have a organic 6lb.Chicken in the oven cooking in a spice cooking bag. Sides are going to be home made potato wedges and macaroni and corn? That's what I get for working out of the house now days, I have to cook some times.

Hot smoked salmon (not made by me this time: from a little smokehouse down the road).

Nice bottle of German white to go with, and a silly Chinese "flying fights" film on the box. The Missus is away: gotta have some enjoyment of an evening.

Cheers - C

All Homemade; stuffed shells, smothered in tomato sauce, dusted with Romano, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Asiago. Served with sauteed spinach and artichoke hearts.

Now I'm wondering how that smoked salmon would taste in a taco shell.

Just finished a plate of roast beast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and hot buttered carrots. Doesn't get much more basic than that but man.....it was some friggin' good!
