Maybe a cross-pollination of every guitar I've owned with some improvements.

-Body shape based on a Strat.
-Two humbuckers like the SG and Les Paul I had.
-Pickup switch from a SG/Paul.
-One volume, two tone knobs.
-Floating Jaguar-style tremolo that is one piece instead of two separate pieces and locking (locks better anyway).
-Kluson-style string posts with Schaller heads for the tuners.
-A fretboard as smooth as maple and dark like rosewood. (Ebony?)
-An ash body.
-A maple neck.

Oh wait. I already own that.

In all seriousness, I wouldn't mind having a Telecaster Custom/Superhawk crossbreed. I'd have to lose the Kahler in the process, but ...

I'd like to see a Jag body with 3 humbuckers of the type they used in the original Starcaster-a real Les Paul/SG slayer.

I wish a high end company would build a neck-thru alder bodied Jazz Bass with a 34 inch quartersawn rock maple neck housing dual truss rods(adjustable at headstock)...ebony fingerboard..hand wired passive Jazz-style pickups with active preamp(alembic) and, what else...

a Leo Quan bridge...vintage Fender tuners...stainless steal frets.

My Classic Vibe Jazz is great enough though.

Would anybody want a Strat like this?
