Well maybe its just cause my friend sings it in this very annoying, stupid silly voice so I guess thats stuck to me.
And no, its not because its not nirvana, what do you think I'm obsessed with em or something :?

Is aye suposed to mean yes? Cause if it does then, why the hell do you think I'm obsessed with em? I listen to looooots of other bands, such as;

Soundgarden
Silverchair
Pearl Jam
Mudhoney
Green Day
The wipers
Fang
Green river

AN I think I'm starting to listen to early silverchair more than nirvana now

Meh, dont think I'll ever like em, not my style. Again, I listen to many other genres apart from grunge.

Gentlemen, gentlemen--let's play nice.

Riley, you're wrong to not give ZZ Top a chance--they had different "Stages" (sorry, bad pun that made [maybe] four people laugh) throughout their career, and while their core sound ("the same three guys with the same three chords," according to Billy Gibbons) never really changed, all the embellishments and ancillary effects progressed as time went on.

If you're into grunge (which you obviously are), give the "Rhythmeen" album a spin. It's as down-tuned, funky and grungy as anything out of Seattle...very heavy disc. Treat it like a sonic roadtrip from New Orleans to Tijuana, while staying on the shady side of the street.

...as far as "not my style," I was actually around when grunge hit, and let me tell you, it was one of the most polarizing types of music in my lifetime....and it was as commercial as today's bubblegum pop. Many kids think it was a great, "Us against the world!" moment, but it was as orchestrated and "processed" as anything else. :roll:

I don't know how old you are, but you do need to expand your musical horizons--even if you want to examine the hardcore and punk bands that influenced grunge...and you should even give a "meh" band a chance...

Some very bluesy guitar in this one.

Look, I'm pretty sure they're a great band, but I just dont thnik I'll ever come to like them really, I've heard about 3-7 of there songs from my dads CD, an honestly they just dont appeal to me.
