What is your favorite ZZ Top song?

Mine is "Sure Got Cold After The Rain Fell"

...some of the most heart-wrenching lyrics and guitar playing that the Right Reverend Willie G ever layed to tape...I even like the "Six Pack" version of the song!

I think that "Blue Jean Blues" has some of Billy Gibbon's best guitar work on it so that would have to be my favorite. :)

You know, if I were stupid enough to have weathered Hurricane Ike on Galveston Island then I would have gone and salvaged wood from the Balinese Room. Then I would have made some guitars out of it. It probably would have been worth it financially. But then, no one knew the Balinese Room would be destroyed and everyone thought that the people on Galveston Island were all going to die, so maybe that wouldn't have been the best idea after all.

I couldn't pick just one.
I'd have to say just about everything off the first two albums.
( "ZZ Top's First Album" & "Rio Grande Mud")
Lot's of straight out Blues there!
I like the old stuff. Before the "Techno-Vibe" and the "Fuzzy Guitars".

+1 for Tush.

Oh and also La Grange.
Oh and I love the gnarly sound of "Head's in Missisippi"
