At the time I signed up on the Fender forums, I played lead guitar in a 60's/70's 'Oldies' band named Rear View Mirror. 'Rear View' rather than 'Rearview' because I googled the name and found that 'Rearview' was being used somewhere in Iowa at that time.

When I first joined the forum, I assumed the CA meant California. It took me a while to catch on.

I've used "russianracehorse" for pretty much everything since about 1996. I was a Russian linguist in the Air Force, and I wanted an online ID that would acknowledge that part of my life. After going through a number of options, I thought of the phrase "have to pee like a Russian racehorse." It made me laugh, so I've stuck with that name ever since.
