Up and sipping a hot cup of coffee this morning. Looks to be a sunny and relatively warm day here in MN. I am getting ready to start demo and remodel of my lower level basement - a one to two month project. Today is demo and hammering concrete for the new shower drain.....I always have fun but it is also quite a bit of work for my aging bones.

I still have not purchased a Blues Jr, yet.....waiting for a sale or maybe a deal on Craigslist....also looking at a Telecaster Thinline 72 reissue, I love how that one plays. I figure that after I remodel the bathroom for the Mrs. I can treat myself to some new gear???

Lastly I am getting together with a singer and bassist tonight and we are going to put together a set list and jam for a spell - I may be in a band in the near future...how cool is that, 48 years old and becoming a bluesman / rockstar!!! It would be a dream come true.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and keep a bucket of water nearby to cool off those fretboards........

Beaubs

Good morning here but not for those hit by tsunami and the left coast under tsunami warnings.

Be safe to all in those areas!

Good morning all. Just about to fire up the first cup 'o coffee for the day. Sitting here fooling around with my first acoustic 12 string. Picked up a cheap Yamaha last night for $125. It sounds pretty, Tangerine and Wish you were here ...

Good morning to ya'll.

I am at work and it is 10:30. I have had my two cup of coffee and kind of jonesing for another one :? .

The wether has been kind of crazy lately. It finally started to snow (for the second time this winter) on Wednesday and it has been snowing and raining and lightnings since then. Might it be that there is something true about this "Global Warming" thing :?: :? 8) .
