Think on the positive side, she's was your GF, not your wife, 3 weeks isn't a very long time, My condolences for your uncle and family, guitar teachers come and go...it happens.

Now, it could have been your wife and kids, it could have been a more serious accident that took much longer to heal and it could have been you with rare form of cancer and confined to a hospital room every day for the rest of your life.

That realy sucks Bro! Realy sorry about your uncle. I was just told today i no longer had a job, Due to downsizeing. But thats nothing as to what your going through. You'll find a new girl friend, After all your a Rock Star! I just hope you broke your hand on the old one and the 6 A- holes she was cheating with.LOL but realy it will get better.
