Not true, because according to the MF site:
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Utah, Indiana, Missouri, and Washington State.

You are correct sir, they are based in MO, and they have distribution/return facilities in UT IN and WA, therefore they have locations in these states. The other 46 are tax free.

What I wouldn't give to have a sales tax of only 8% ,here we pay a tax of 13% on just about everything but food,even funerals have a sales tax.
