Just wanted to pop in again in case my comment about her teen-pop trajectory came across as dismissive. I wanted to put that in some context. I first encountered her work through the youtube clip of her Lights of Manos performance at NAMM and was deeply moved by her musical talent and expressiveness. It is beautiful work by someone who obviously genuinely loves music and the guitar.

This woman is an amazing talent who has the potential to genuinely contribute something meaningful in the sphere of guitar, and I'd hate to see that potential squandered in pursuit of the easy buck. That would be sad, and an artistic loss. There's too little beauty in the world to waste any of it.
