Heading out to St Louis tomorrow for a week of fun (not!) Business.

Anyone from that area; recommend any good Music stores or any other must see items of interest? Don’t know how much off time I will have but if I do I don’t want to spend it in the hotel room if you know what I mean…..want to see something ( no not snow…LOL) Maybe even a good BBQ restaurant???????????? :D

Cheers
Bill

Check out the Broadway Oyster Bar, usually some live music on tap! And tons of stuff down at the river... Have fun

Ahh home sweet home. St. Louis, Gateway to the West.

1. Go to the Arch! Go up in the Arch!
2. Take a tour of Anheuser-Busch! (Free beer for over 21, tip...don't be fooled by the 2 per limit. There is a new tour group arriving every 10 minutes or so and last time I went, we spent 4 hours tasting the brew. Don't get plastered either or you will get the boot).
3. When you are done at AB, go to Busch Gardens. There you can see Grant's Log Cabin and....go to the AB tasting room, where you can drink more beer on the house so to speak.
4. Go to Busch stadium and tour the statues of legends like Lou Brock and Stan the Man (you will have to pay for beer here, sorry)
5. Go have dinner on "the Hill". This is the St. Louis version of little Italy. Go ANYWHERE there and you won't be disappointed.
6. The St. Louis Science Center is a great place to visit
7. Downtown in the old garment center there is an Arts museum that is way cool, watch glass being blown by hand.
8. Take a side trip across the Missouri River to St. Charles and tour the riverfront there. Lots of great stuff to see, everynight is kind of like New Orleans, some good blues dives and I can't remember the name but a great micro brewery and restaurant too.

9. Go by and see my mom! Give her a hug from me! Ask her to make up a pot of squirrel and dumplings!
