Up in St. Louis. I gotta say, what a show! Buddy Guy can really work up a crowd. Even got down in the floor audience and played. Then when BB got on stage, he kept throwin' picks out to the crowd. I really regret not getting floor seats, but still, what a show. At 84, BB can still make Lucille sing.

Man, I hope one day to see him live. Either one really.... Buddy Guy came to Cary, NC last year, but I couldn't go.

Well besides a great show you also get the rights to say you saw two of the most important bluesmen ever.

You're truly lucky to see two greats at one time.In his early days Buddy used a 100ft patch cord and used to walk around the club and even out on the sidewalk to draw customers.

I just heard Buddy's set from last Saturday's (2/13) show. He sounds the same as he did in the mid-'90s.

I'm glad he toned down the "I can play guitar like Hendrix, I can play guitar like Clapton, I can play guitar like SRV" part of his show. I always felt that that was WAY beneath him.

Oh man I bet it was amazing 8) . For some reason it always surprizes me to hear that these cats are still living. Maybe because I am comparing them with rock stars

Thats awesome! I've seen both on separate occasions, To see both at the same time is the ultimate show. :)
