I think he's still having a hard time figuring out why the public (his adoring public) is so interested in all of his "personal affairs" ...

He's sorry this has cost him so much money and time (away from golf and his other bits of fun).

I think that if he hadn't carefully crafted the public image of being "Mr. Wholesome Family Values" it wouldn't have been quite as big a deal.

As far as I'm concerned, the "sincere apology" that he owes is one to his family and not me.

Besides, he's only a golfer so who cares what happens to him? I mean, it's not as if he's someone important like a guitar player.

I think it is ridiculous how much attention he is getting over this. There are much more important things that could be on the news.

this story cracks me up. you have many "stars" in the music business who cheat on their spouses, but they keep selling records. ted kennedy drove off of a bridge, leaving a girl to drown, not reporting the accident right away, and he serves another 40 years in the senate.

maybe i'm looking at it the wrong way, but it seems like tiger is being dumped on a little too much. i absolutely do not condone what he did- it was stupid. i just think it's time to move on.

i also crack up at the golfer's respnse. in the entertainment community, people are quick to forgive. the golfers sound like they want nothing to do with him again. frankly, i think they are happy, because it means someone elsa can win. i wonder how attendance at the tournaments will be, as well as the tv ratings without tiger.

just my ramblings....

What do you mean? Its not like there is a war going on in several places, a natural disaster nearly destroyed an entire country, a crazed individual crashing his plane into buildings, no unsolved crimes or murders, or missing children anywhere in the world...Oh wait...

Apparently none of those things I've mentioned are currently happening right now, because if they were, they would be on the news....right?

Wow! A wealthy celebrity cheating on his wife!?!
That almost never happens.

I only hope our society starts to evolve out this childish, celebrity worshipping.
Though, I'll have a better shot winning the Lotto while getting hit by lightening.

You would think that would be the case. I didnt even hear about the plane crash untill I read about it this morning on another guitar forum. Every time I turn on the TV its Tiger Woods.

If he's been waiting for the hysteria to die down, he shouldn't be holding his breath. The amount of money he lost on endorsements is being spent by people buying the magazines who all have the "inside" story.

I'm just glad Fender wasn't one of his sponsors - sex, golf and rock 'n' roll - Fore!!!!

That's a new one.

I'm sick of hearing about it, and I don't really care about it. I bet the media would follow any celeb into the bathroom just to report on whether it's #1 or #2.
