It's 1:16 AM here.
I went to bed 2 hours ago but I can't sleep.
I suspect a chemical imbalance.
I think there's too much blood in my caffeine system.

I didn't Lose my mind, I traded it for this guitar.

pick up a guitar and play after awhile have some thing like toast or a muffin or whatever you can get down with some tea or coffee or hot chocolate and you will get back to sleep then Bro.

I tried to watch that but I kept falling asleep.

Take sleeping pills, I do, they work.

I couldn't sleep either, on school nights I used to stay up all night texting my mate. And the worst thing was, i was tired, but i still couldn't. I'm hyperactive, cause I drink alot of energy drinks
