So it's been about a month since John left the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I am personally happy about the decision. I just want him to be happy and I find his solo music to be much more emotional and inspiring than the Chili Peppers music. I would like to know what you think though. Do you like him leaving to do what his heart feels most?

I think he blended well in that band and there gonna be hard pressed to sound the same without him……..that being said I think (IMO) the Chilli pepper style/ sound of music is about played out and starting to sound dated……I think he needs to do what he thinks he needs to do and I am personally excited to see what he comes up with and what direction he goes….. best of luck to him and time will tell I guess
