Im lucky compared to many but im battling a bad back/arthritic knees etc
and it gets you down after a while. Docs just referred us for an X ray on my back but in a way i wish hed just prescribed anti inflammatries and let
excercise do the rest.

Least in the UK the hospital visits are free (sort of)
