Acoustic guitars with cutaways. I get the point, I just don't like the look.

Not a big fan of those pointy heavy metal guitars (they could put your EYE out for heaven's sake)!

I'm also not into artificially relicked guitars or (with GREAT apologies to SRV) guitars that have the owner's name or initials on them. Are you worried you'll get your axe mixed up with someone else's?

SRV's guitar was not "Artificially Distressed". His #1 was distressed by hours of play before he got it, and then Hours of play after he got it. That's called Road Worn. That thing lost most of it's finish in Dives and Watering Holes all over the Austin and the DFW area.

The apologies to SRV part was for the Initials

I think the apology was for the "SRV" stickers on the pickguard. And I might be delusional, but I think the finish was actually ripped from Number One in the wake of all that soul coming out of the guitar. I don't know for sure, but it makes sense to me! :D

I'm not a fan of reversed headstocks either but I think that the reverse bodied Firebird is an exception as it looks just right on them and only them. The Hendrix Strat with the r/h body and l/h neck looked totally ridiculous.

I was referencing the initials on Stevie Ray's Strat. I do think genuinely (not artificially) 'road worn' guitars are super cool...

I hate that play air guitar...

Id rather play the real thing.

Also- B-Benders. It's like the Suez canal routed through a tele just for one string

oh yeah, i forgot B-benders. *unlike*

What about in the world of like - does anyone else love the strap knob, or whatever it is, on the back of the headstock of vintage P Basses? I think it looks great, no idea what it's for, but I just like it! I like the finger rests on fender basses too.

I hate when companies do something like this. Take a decent looking guitar and make it hideous just to say they have a new design.

Just my opinion though
