Amazing how much things have changed in 50 years... If i got my wife a kitchen apliance for christmas she would kick my butt.....LOL We just have to disguise our chauvinistic nature better these days….LMAO

That's certainly an overdose of political incorrectness.It's good that times have changed,a company would face ruination for placing such ads these days.Regrettably there still countries and sects that still harbour these antiquated views and opinions of women and some much worse such as the so-called "honour" killings of divorcees,rape victims and unwed mothers.

The thing to remember is how QUICKLY things have changed. I mean, some of those are from when I was a kid! Yeah, the changes are good but tough to deal with for some. I actually feel kind of sorry for smokers these days. They are looked at as some kind of social misfits.

Being in my 30's I can appreciate how things have changed since I was a kid. Those ads are way older than me but I don't even know if someone in their teens can even bridge the gap between today's society and what it was like back then. It was truly a different world back then.
