I dig your photos you've posted so far...especially the image of the man at the wailing wall...what a powerful image. I love photography...you can say so much without uttering a word. Beautiful-

Great photos. Professionaly shot, lighted and developed. I mean it.

I am not an atheist. But, your photos drive home the destructive influence
of religion. The shots of the hassidic boys playing. Wow, where to begin.
The haircut is an overly devotional response to that line in, is it Genesis?
It says something like, "be not as the heathen who shave the sides of their heads". So, do the opposite. Shave the top of your head and let the sides grow long. And, by the way, anyone who doesnt do likewise is an infidel, and therefor less than human, and therefor headed for the inferno anyway, so why not help 'em on their way?

Well, your opponent is thinking along the same lines, so it is vital to continue this way. To waver may be to perish. And so on, and so on.

No wonder the West has prevailed. Up until now, we havent taken our religion that seriously. By coincidence, we are on our way down, too. Even the commies are miles ahead of these middle-eastern lands.

Whoever follows obama into the whitehouse will attempt to bring peace to the middle-east. He will fail. But whats a few billion more down the rat-hole?

End of lecture....

I'm trying to decide whether your comments are anti-Semitic or not...if so, an apology is in order; you are preaching to the WRONG person...my parents survived years in Lodz Ghetto, then Auschwitz and Stutthof.
Politics doesn't belong here and you are reading WAY too much in to the photo....I shoot in the streets in whatever conditions exist...to me, it is simply 2 boys playing; religion plays no part in it.

Nope, didnt mean my rant in an anti-semetic way, if by 'semetic', you mean Jewish. The Muslims are semites too. Yet, this is never considered in discourse. Just musing on the hopelessness of the situation, and how people will contiue to feud if the US pays them to stop.

I was moved by your photos. Isnt that the point of art?

Absolutely...and to gain an apreciation of vision...I'ts not an accident that all were shot with a 24mm lens...I tend to see a wide field of view.
