Lots of nice stuff here that was let go.

The only guitar I've ever let go was my first "K-Mart Special" acoustic.
I never bonded with it, and it wasn't until I got my next guitar--which I consider my first real guitar, that my playing actually started to take shape.

So the K-Mart Special is the only one that would qualify, but I wouldn't play it if I still had it.

Now in another thread I mentioned considering selling my Mustang at ne point.

If I had I'd be listing that as the one I wanted back.

Easy. '61 Les Paul (SG Style Body) in Gibson red. Swapped it even up for a '64 SG because the SG had a deeper tone which I liked at the time. Traded the SG for a '66 ES 335 12 string. The list goes on and on. My only defense is that it was in the early '70's and they were just used guitars, not collectors items. The 2 Fenders that I have now are far better players than any of them!

I had a Charvel LS-6 in 1993.It was black with white binding, body and neck , a strat style double cutaway with an arch in the body like a les paul the lower bout and plugin jack were les paul style. two humbuckers and glued on neck. three on a side headstock. The best of both worlds. I sold it to a buddy when I lived in Seattle, I bought it at american music there. I havent been able to find another one Anywhere,Used, new, I guess all Charvel makes now are the San Dimas style. That guitar sounded, looked, and felt great! I really wish I still had it!!!

I had a Harmony acoustic from Sears that I got for my 16th Birthday. It was stolen from a Camp ground several Years ago.

It was all Mahogany Plywood, but it sounded good and had sentimental value. That's the only guitar I miss.

If I ever lost my 88 Strat I'd freak!!
