The Teenage Cancer Trust? A very good cause indeed. Teenagers with cancer can sometimes fall between the two stools of paediatric and adult medicine and find their wider needs not properly addressed.

That's what that charity was set up for - by Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey themselves, if memory serves.

Well worth supporting.

Good grief - nothing to be sorry about, man! I realised afterwards that my earlier post could be read like a lecture - which it was not meant to be.

I was just intending to give a bit of information because it is a small charity that most are unlikely to have heard of. So it's easy to understand someone's confusion at seeing that text that suddenly arrived at the top of the Forum.

So friendly feelings all round.

BTW: Lemmon & Matthau? Remember The Odd Couple? That was me and my mate, back in the day. Decades later we're still best friends - but I don't know how!
