I have never owned a modded pedal before and i have a couple DS-1's laying around and i'm thinking about modding them to see if i can actually make them a viable usable pedal...
I have been listening to different sound bites from Keeley and Monte Allums and a few others. So far i like the sound of the Monte Allums Rectifier Tri Gain..
If you have modded a DS-1 how did it turn out?Is it now a usable pedal? What mod did you go with and why?Or is it best just to use the DS-1 as a rock and drop it in the ocean?

Best mod for a DS-1?

I'd say none at all.
I prefer the unmodded sound.

But if you have two of them--try modding one-taking advice from anyone else who posts in this thread
