Out here in Arizona we have lots of desert to shoot in. One of the best things about living in this state is the wide open space

Congrats on your 1911 davemercier. Those are like the strats and les pauls of the gun world in my opinion. A classic that doesnt need improving. My favorite handgun of all time.

Thanks for the info CV. Is it hard to find ammo for it? I've only a few shells left and I have no idea how old they are. Ha! Thanks again my brother!!

I know some people that reload for that caliber. Save you shells and get yourself a reloading press and you'll never run out. I reload .556, .45, 9mm 7.62 and .380. saves a bunch of money too if you do a lot of practicing
