Gang: the Passport line has just been completely revamped and the new models are seriously pretty amazing ... I'm speaking from personal experience here as I've personally used the new Passport 500 Pro at a few of my band's practices, and it sounded *really* great.

There's a new Passport website, too, at www.fender.com/passport/ -- we launched it during the recent NAMM trade show madness.

Anyway, what with all the excitement surrounding the line we thought it'd be nice to go ahead and create a new subforum devoted to the topic to get some discussion started. The Fender Passport forum isn't just for the new products, though -- Passport has been the standard in portable audio for quite some time so any and all models are fair game here!

I played a tailgate party at the U of MD red white football game. I was impressed with one of the old systems. It will be interesting to hear the new systems.
