I wanted to resurrect this thread and ask Kingman 44 how hes liking the Gretsch?

I was able to spend some good quality time with one up at GC and I tell you, it was a pure joy. That is a very well built guitar.

They mentioned it did not come with a case. Did you get a case for it? I would imagine it would take a pretty unique case with the Bigsby and all.

yeah its a TKL case. It's just a normal hollow body case, it fits the bigsby perfectly.

It sounds really nice, I love how I can get some lows (no Filotrons) and also some highs. The only problem is the pickguard. I've been trying to find a nice black one that'll fit. Another problem (just for me) is that I have to be more gentle with this than an acoustic because of its floating bridge. Other than that its awesome!
