Hi Twelvebar, my wife and I are finalizing it tonight ,and than to the printer ,when thats done I will post it. And I hope to have pics of plate presentations as well. Wait till my scottish friends see the currant scones.
For the most part its pretty mainstream, It will expand as business dictates and as we establish our identity in the community ,which wont be to hard because we are opening our doors 3 miles away from our previous location .

:D Yeah - I expect we're losing most of our North American friends at this point, so all I'll add to the cockney flavour is: There Ain't Half Been Some Clever Bar Stewards...

Ceri, I think you're still under the influence of Ian Dury--as well as some of your luthier's libations!

Ha - funny you should mention that. I've been worrying about what musical cocktails Gratz could offer.

Howzabout a Zappa Grappa?

A Long Island Ice-T is obvious.

And continuing the Ian Dury theme there would have to be a Sex And Drugs And Rock And Roll On The Beach...

I have a feeling this thead has a way left to run.

Cheers - C

Southern Fried Dixie Chicks
Maybe some Black Crow
Put them together and you've got The Byrds
And for dessert, a nice Blondie

Cheers,

I propose a drink and dessert combo called The Leonard Cohen. It's a cocktail followed by a jelly doughnut.

You know, first you take a Manhattan...then you take a Berliner... 8)
