So Solid Body, what's the origin of that video? I didn't get to watch it at work today/earlier. Like the pedal/cord footage, that's really cool. Is that an original track? It MrSolarcoaster your group? Details.

You read my mind , I was going to ask about the bass guitar, very cool that you have it Bro. The video is for the first single from our CD "Lo-Fi Thrill Ride" funny that you don't remember when I posted it back in 2009 . I'm the camera-man, our drummer Frankie edited it. You see us at the very end. There were a few live videos of the band but when Rob called it quits in 2010 those got taken down. We've played 3 or 4 shows since, the last one in February at Subterranean on North Ave. in Chicago opening for Superbig. Our Myspace is still up though if you want to hear some more MrSolarcoaster. I'm not in this video,but the kid playing slide is my son,this is from a couple of years ago,the bass player is our great friend who passed away in his sleep in May of this year,a great guy.

Maybe before too long I'll have some video of me playing with my son's band.
My friend the bass player loved playing,I had played with him before any of my kids were born back in the early '70s...the band in the video Southern Smoke,existed in many incarnations over the years,about 4 years ago he gave my son a chance to play with them,and it was good for everyone,my son's experience increased tenfold with those older guys,I'll be forever grateful for him getting the chance to prove himself.

SBLS, sucks that the band broke up after having some real promise on that video.
