That's the Mermaid Guitar by English acoustic maker Andy Manson. His bother Hugh Manson builds electrics for Matt Bellamy and John Paul Jones, amongst others...

Yeah nice bit of wood that ! ( Pete & Dud ) you just have to be amazed at these eh, you wonder where the inspiration for this one came from, ( oh darling your the most beautiful woman in the .......if only she had a maple neck just about here.....world )

Wow now that is talent, just beautiful. I wonder what the custom shop would charge if they had that guy carving.

Ceri I thought that guy was Lou Reed at first.lol That is one sick piece. By the way do you have any idea what that weighs.
