Probably the brake, maybe the gas or clutch? :?

Seriously though, this one suits me fine for what I do :

Well, I'm not being very original there but the pedal I find myself using the most is my TS9s.

Although, the only pedal that is always on is a Lee jackson reverb pedal because my amp doesnt have a tank.

I like Blackstar's HT-Dual pedal:

Only for practice though. Don't need any kind of drive pedal with my mighty Marshall...

My favourite pedal is the Little Big Muff Pi although I love it best with my Hendrix Cry-Baby.

The more I use my Boss FDR-1 with my Champion 600 RI the more I love it simply cos it gives me an EQ, Gain, Reverb and Trem.

Everything on my pedalboard!!

For real, though, my late 70s early-block-logo MXR Phase 90 in a desert-island-pedal.

However, my Ibanez TS9 is on 90% of the time; the Phase 90 is only on for specific songs/solos, etc...

It's not really an effect, but I just picked up the new Boss TU-3 tuner pedal and it's proving to be very useful.

As far as true effects go, I particularly enjoy my now out-of-prodution Boss RV-3 Delay/Reverb pedal.

+1
These "best" threads don't make any sense to me.
