Trying to catch up on my kazillion emails. Seems like I read one, and two or more are delivered. The irony is I have a great unread collection in a large bookcase as my father was also an avid reader. Add to that the year by year collection of National Geographics. Excuse me. I have to go . . . I have another email to read.

Right now, I'm revisiting Jack Kerouac's "On the road".

Total Guitar's "THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO SONGWRITING"

Interesting read with advice and interviews from various artists, chords and timings, recording gear, The Beatles Masterclass, and more.

Gregg Allman's book - 'My Cross To Bear' - a very good read!

I have to get back to Dark Star (The Roy Orbison story). I'm bad for starting a book from my bookcase filled with great books from my father and I and somehow not finishing it; but, summer's here. Too many hobbies and projects - not enough time. :D

It is very good, a lot of Albert Grossman stories as he managed most the bands on the cover. I do know what your saying about time, I now work at a collage and have time to read quite a lot, when things get slow, and as a collage no one seems to mind

I've been reading the latest issue of Premier Guitar. I haven't really read any books in ages.

That sounds like a good read. I've been an Edgar Cayce reader since I was a teenager. I've always been drawn to the mystical aspects of life.
My next book to read is Modern Man in Search of a Soul by Carl Jung who is my favorite psychologist of all time. He was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology, but you probably already knew that.
Enjoy your book!
