Fender all the way!!! I have always played fender guitars, amps, cords, right down to the med. 358 tear drop picks. Last gig, I played thru my 74' S.F twin and 74' S.F pro reverb. I recieved a nice compliment on my tone, then was asked why I lug those heavy amps around, I laught, and said, they are my "TONE". I do have to admit, using my blues jr. at small blues jams is a welcome break for this old back. If I ever get good enough, I promise to take good care of the roadies.

I just bought my first American Standard Strat and a 65 twin custom 15 amp and I am in heaven when I play. I always wanted a Fender Strat and amp and the sound is fantastic. It is so much better than any other amps I have had there is nothing better. Thanks and Happy Trails.

I am with you man. My rig setup is total Fender too. Nothing beats it for the particular sound. I wish I worked for Fender too. Are you guys hiring web programmers? 8) .

Yesterday I pulled out and dusted off my old 1965 blackface Fender Deluxe for the first time in a really long time -- just moved to a new home recently and finally have an actual space to play again, so I've been pulling out some of the stuff I haven't used in a while. Strapped on a made-in-Japan Strat® and ran it through a Fender reissue reverb unit, using Fender instrument cables of course -- just straight through the amp and nothing else. Sounded amazing and I couldn't put the guitar down! It dawned on me somewhere in there that *everything* in the rig I was playing carried the Fender name ... a moment of total career satisfaction. :-)
I have an old Deluxe Reverb, i know slightly different model, I play straight guitar to amp through it all the time. It just sounds so damn good. but i'll need to move, like you did, I can't crank up where I am now.

My basses and cables :D:D:D:D , I can't say the same with bass rig. I could easily see the connection with the guitar combos. I really enjoy hearing guitarists who use Fender vintage combos, or at least in the vain.

My cables are Planet Waves and Patch Cables are Boss and my picks are Dunlop but whether its electric or acoustic my guitar and amp are ALWAYS Fender.

My pedals are EHX, Dunlop and Boss but at least one of the Boss's is a Fender 65 Deluxe Reverb.

My stands and straps are Fender and my cases Fender/G&G too.

And this year I plan on adding my long sought after AV 52 Telecaster and not so long sought after Super-Sonic head to that arsenal!

I love running my 2009 HWY 1 into my Fender SCXD. The only thing not Fender in my rig is my lead cable...that is an old Whirlwind I have had for 25 plus years...but that will soon be replaced with a Fender cloth cable. So...my life is good! If it isn't a Fender I won't play it!
