Just be yourself and you`ll be fine. Too many times we try to impress and wind up doing the wrong thing. If she accepted your invitation then thats a good sign and shows she has interest in you too. Good luck

be yourself.. and be patient in her... take it one step at a time.. seems like you both like 1 thing in common "guitars" which is a spark...

well just go on and play together... like you're playing with your younger sister... when you get that close enough then you can do the "move"

Haha - thanks man! Sadly, I may have more years under my belt than you think - sometimes I wish I was still at stryder's stage. But then sometimes I thank goodness I'm sitting here in middle age with this ring on my finger and no longer have worry about these kinda things...

Relax, be yourself, and have fun. If you're relaxed and having fun then she should too. Don't set standards for yourself that you can't live up to. Neither do that for her. She'll be just as nervous at first as you will.

Oh... and smile a lot... You know how they say the eyes are the window to the soul? Good eye contact is paramount... especially when you look happy. She'll see it.

Dude you are SO gonna score! Teaching a chick some guitar stuff...?? Pants come RIGHT off!! That's the smoothest move in the book, man.

Just be yourself, don't try to "be" or act a certain way. Just be you- chicks pick up on that.

We expect a full report tomorrow! :D

My approach was always the reverse-caveman thing. Let them be the one to club you over the head and drag you off to their cave - that way there is no possible risk of misreading the signs.

That is also my approach. Which recently backfired and now I'm dating a girl/woman that I'm not that into. :?

Bond, James Bond.

Put on your best tux, break out the martini glasses, and park the Astin Martin out front.

Ceri, here is the best part, happily you have a head start, because you are among the very young at heart. When I read your post that song started playing in my brain. Ceri, you bring out the best in us Bro.

Stryder, frosty but not too frosty.

on a blind date I was moving some books off a chair for my date to sit on and I ripped one off accidentally, completely embarrassed I cautiously looked at my date who was smiling and she said " you passed the test" my mind racing I was thinking "what test, no one told me that there would be a test" then she became rather friendly, so, apparently, the right kind of gas can be a blind date aphrodisiac. Although to be honest I wouldn't try it again, I was just glad it wasn't a room clearer.

Be sure to BRUSH YOUR TEETH, come your hair. Don't go overboard with the aftershave. Keep your shirt tucked in and socks pulled up... Just don't be a slob... Make sure your nails are trimmed and CLEAN.. Be sure to smile at her.

Give her someting to drink... Don't ask her is she would like a drink... She would probable refuse... You could just tell her you are going to get her something to drink and then ask her if she has any preferences.

Make sure your bathroom is tidy and clean.. She may ask to use it.

No belching or farting. AS mentioned, relax, be kind, considerate and polite.. Girls are just people like you and me.. Have a nice time and hope for the best for ya...
