Is there anybody who may be able to shed some light on my situation. I'm looking for a vintage Gibson les paul custom silverburst but ebay is not a whole lot of help at the moment. Can anyone give me any links to good online vintage guitar shops or private dealers. Anything would be great! Thx All! :D

Ditto on Vintage Guitar mag, here are some vintage dealers,I've contacted some of them on guitar searches and found them quite helpful and prompt with their answers.>chicagomusicexchange.com><vintageguitars.net><
>makenmusic.com<>rumbleseatmusic.com<>elderly.com<>garysguitars.com<>ludlowguitars.com<>mandoeb.com<>pmblues.com<buffalobros.com<>pickofthericks.com<>info@coolguitarz.com<The last one,Coolguitarz has almost exclusively Rics but what beauties he has.Anyway these should get you started, happy hunting.

Hi stratattak: even online it still matters which part of the world you are in. Importing things across oceans adds too much to the cost.

So without more information I can't know whether this one is of any use to you:

They are well thought of, for what it's worth...

Good luck - C

This guy on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/GregsGuitars

Not sure if he does a guitar finding service but he sure does seem to have footage of every guitar one can think of. Maybe send him a message and see if he knows anything.
