2 x 12 Utah Electronic speakers. Have all serials.
How do I date it and find out more info (ohms, etc...)

There's a good chance the speakers are original because Fender sourced speakers from them and the number code for Utah is 328 but I don't know their date code,my guess is that they're pretty old.
